SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Director of Engagement and Economic Empowerment Mary McAfee stopped by the ABC57 studio for Summer's Spotlight, where she discussed this year's IGNITE grants opening to South Bend neighborhood groups.
The IGNITE grants look to innovate city neighborhoods through information, transformation, and enhancement.
The city wants you, the neighbors, to decide what needs improved or added. Then, you voice your plan of action and hopefully get awarded $5 to $15,000 for your project.
All active neighborhood associations are encouraged to apply.
