SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Support for underserved youth in South Bend has arrived. The Detroit Phoenix Center's brand new "YouthUp Mobile Unit" made a stop in the city's west side this afternoon.
Volunteers from the Detroit nonprofit delivering food hygiene products and "hope" to the residents of Beacon Heights Apartments Friday afternoon all from their new 40-foot motor coach.
