SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A former delivery driver at a popular Asian restaurant in South Bend has been arrested for a string of alleged thefts.
Christian Chacon worked at the Ichiban Golden Dragon on South Bend Ave near Notre Dame.
Court documents allege that he used a device on his phone to steal credit card numbers from unsuspecting customers who ordered takeout.
An arrest warrant was filed for Chacon in February 2018 and is now behind bars after months on the run.
Chacon charged with several felony counts of fraud.
He is being held in jail on a $10,000 bond and will appear in court next week.
