Teen victim identified in fatal Indiana Avenue shooting
A cold front passing through Michiana this morning brings a wintry mix in the morning hours and decreasing temperatures through the rest of the day. Lake effect snow showers are expected into tomorrow, starting in the westerly portions of Michiana, with the wind direction changing overnight and through the day Sunday. Berrien County will be placed under a Winter Weather Advisory overnight due to the snow expected and the cold conditions that all of Michiana will see in the beginning of the week. Sunday will likely see the most snow accumulation for all of Michiana, winds start a westerly flow bringing more snow into southwestern Michigan to begin the week. Highs dip into the teens on Sunday, and into the single digits on Monday. Overnight lows below zero are expected Sunday through Tuesday. An Extreme Cold Watch will go into effect late Sunday night into Wednesday morning, wind chill values expected to be around -20 degrees in the morning hours. Temperatures climb into 20s past Wednesday.
