Slick and icy road conditions due to mixed precipitation from last night will persist across most of Michiana early today, warranting an extra 10-15 minutes tacked on to your usual morning commute. Temperatures sink for most of today, dropping near zero by the middle of tonight with wind chills expected to be near the negative double digits. It will be extremely cold tomorrow morning with frostbite times at half an hour or less in some parts of our area. Quiet and frigid weather persists through the rest of the week and into the start of the weekend, but snow returns Saturday night into Sunday.
Today: Mostly cloudy. High 24.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Low 4.
Friday: Partly cloudy. High 26.
Saturday: Cloudy. High 30.
