Couple arrested after disturbance in mobile home park
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports on Wednesday around10:32 p.m., deputies were called to Gatewood Mobile Home Park regarding a disturbance.
The report states they were there earlier that day for two men in a verbal argument.
One of the men, 26-year-old Armando Castillo, was then arrested for Battery to the other man.
During his arrest, authorities say Castillo resisted law enforcement and was intoxicated.
Later, deputies found he also had a warrant out for failure to appear.
Castillo was given a court date and cash bond of $750.
He was also charged with Resisting Law Enforcement and Public Intoxication.
A woman involved in the disturbance, identified as 26-year-old Alexis Barger, told authorities false information about Castillo, due to his warrant, according to the report.
Barger was then arrested for Assisting a Criminal and given a court date and cash bond of $500.
