ELKHART, Ind. -- The 50th annual St. Joseph river flotilla took place this afternoon in Elkhart. Local boat owners decorated their boats and held a contest to see who's was the best.
This year's theme was music and many boats decorated to match the theme, some entries included a flintstones boat, river rats rock & roll and even a Chicago boat playing the soundtrack from Ferris's Bueller's Day off and more.
