As fall fun begins, fall weather nowhere in sight
It feels like fall Wednesday. This morning, temperatures are in the mid to upper 40s.
There are a few lingering showers, especially closer to Lake Michigan, on and off through the morning.
Other areas, especially the southern half of Michiana, are dealing with some fog out the door. This will lift later this morning.
Any rain showers taper off in the second half of the day, and the clouds begin to clear.
Temperatures only warm into the upper 60s today.
Tonight with clear skies and lows in the mid 40s, we could see fog develop by early Thursday morning. Once the fog lifts Thursday, it turns to a mostly sunny day and slightly warmer with highs near 70.
Friday the warming trend continues.
Over the weekend, clouds return Saturday. There is a chance for a shower late in the evening Saturday, leading to wet weather Saturday night and Sunday.
Today: Scattered AM showers. Clouds clearing late. Cool. High 67.
Tonight: Cool with clear skies. Fog developing late. Low 45.
Thursday: AM fog. Mostly sunny. High 71.
Friday: Sunny. High 74.
