PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- The Concord Minutemen entered the night with a perfect 8-0 record, and they proved once again why they’re one of the top teams in the area.

In the second quarter, Plymouth was picked off by Concord's Derek Gomez, who took it all the way for a pick-six, now stretching their lead to 21-0.

Concord kept the pressure on as a snapped ball found wide receiver Mark Herman, who leaped into the air for a touchdown. Just moments later, Reese Brevard scored his second touchdown of the day, pushing the Minutemen to a 35-0 lead.

With just 20 seconds left in the second quarter, Plymouth finally got on the board with a handoff to junior running back Finn Holm, making it 42-7 at halftime.
