Coloma celebrates summer with lineup of ‘Summer Not Forgotten’ events

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – The City of Coloma is celebrating the warm weather with a series of events this summer.

Following the announcement that the Glad-Peach Festival would be canceled, the City is hoping to make up for the cancellation with a number of other events

“In true can-do fashion, a committee was pulled together with a variety of volunteers including local business owners and representatives, the chamber of commerce, city residents as well as several City Commissioners to plan and bring family-friendly events to the City of Coloma throughout the summer of 2021 in the hopes of making it a special summer and not another summer forgotten,” said Coloma Mayor Marsha Hammond.

The following events will be held this summer in the City:

  • Summer Solstice Twilight 5K Walk/Run
    • June 18, 7 p.m.
    • Support Coloma Boosters with a 5K walk/run that starts and ends at Coloma High School. Click here for more information.
  • Christmas in July
    • July 17
  • Eats in the Street
    • August 6-7
  • Car Show and Pancake Breakfast
    • August 8
