Mild conditions stick around for today again, with a cool down to begin the week. Most of Michiana will stay in the upper 70s today, some of us reaching into the low 80s, but a cold front is expected to sweep through this afternoon. This brings chances for an early afternoon sprinkle, perhaps a rumble of thunder or two, but Michiana will likely stay on the dryer side through today. The cold front will move clouds out of Michiana and drop temperatures, tomorrow will be feeling fall-like, highs across Michiana will be in the low 70s and sunny conditions. More of Michiana will see showers overnight Sunday into Monday, and even cooler conditions are expected to start the work week, lows likely get into the upper 40s at the beginning of the week. We have a gradual warm up in store through the end of the month, likely returning to average temperatures over Labor Day weekend
