Fighting Irish Fight for Life program signing day Sunday
GOSHEN, Ind. -- The City of Goshen is set to host an International Women's Day Luncheon on March 7 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Bread & Chocolate on 1100 Chicago Avenue in Goshen.
With this year's theme 'Breaking Barriers', the luncheon will highlight four speakers who have made lasting impacts in their respective fields.
“Our community thrives when we recognize and celebrate the contributions of women,” said Goshen Mayor Gina Leichty.
These featured speakers include Nurse Practitioner at Beacon Health System Julia Chairez, Interra Credit Union CEO Amy Sink, Goshen Police Department School Resource Officer Tara Powell, and Goshen Fire Department Firefighter Hannah Estes.
Tickets for this event will be $45 per person, with advanced purchasing required, and will include a catered lunch from Bread and Chocolate.
