ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. -- City leaders in St. Joseph, Michigan have approved a new paid parking plan proposal on a three to two vote on Monday.
The city will now try to reintegrate paid parking in the downtown area after the program was forced to shut down last summer.
City commissioners are also asking to implement parking passes, which would be voted on at a later date.
