Chicago Cubs pitcher Wade Miley expected to play for South Bend Cubs Friday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A pitcher for the Chicago Cubs is expected to pitch for the South Bend Cubs during Friday's game against the Lake County Captains.
Left-handed pitcher Wade Miley is expected to make a rehabilitation assignment following a shoulder injury.
He last pitched with the Chicago Cubs on June 10 against the Yankees.
Miley previously played for the South Bend Silver Hawks during the 2009 season.
It's not yet been determined how long Miley will be in South Bend.
