Book or Treat! giving out goodie bags at St. Joseph Library locations

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – MaskUpMichiana is giving away goodie bags for kids as part of Book or Treat! on Halloween. They will be giving away a bag and a free kid’s book while supplies last.
The event is happening at five St. Joseph County Public Library locations on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon; Tutt, LaSalle, Western, River Park, and Lakeville.
The books given out will vary by location.
Kids ages zero through twelve can participate and costumes are encouraged.
