Berrien County Sheriff's Department investigating disturbance at a Niles gas station

NILES, Mich. -- The Berrien County Sheriff's Department reports a call came in for a shooting at the Speedway at S. 11th Street and Fort Street around 12:14 p.m., Monday.

Deputies are currently investigating the incident and have not yet confirmed it to be a shooting.

There's currently no information available regarding the number and condition of victims, or if there were any.
