Berrien County Health Department increases access to COVID-19 vaccination

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- The Berrien County Health Department will increase access to vaccinations for adults over the age of 50, as vaccine supplies allow.

Beginning Monday, the department will let all adults over the age of 50 to schedule appointments when they are available.

The department will not have a pre-registration process or “waitlist” for this group.

Qualified individuals seeking vaccination appointments should visit the department website often because information will be posted on the website directly when there are appointments available for self-scheduling.

Those with limited internet access are encouraged to call the department COVID-19 hotline at 1-800-815-5485 for further aid in scheduling an appointment.
