South Bend community gathers for protest at courthouse
BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- The Michigan Department of Health and Human Resources will continue to provide residents of Benton Harbor bottled water for cooking, drinking, brushing teeth, rinsing food and mixing baby formula.
Water will be available at the Boys and Girls club starting Tuesday. Pick up is May 31st 9 to 11 a.m., as well as, Saturday, June 4th and 5th 12 to 2 p.m.
The Southwest Community Action Agency is also hosting water pick-ups on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To arrange water delivery to residents without transportation in Benton Harbor, contact 211, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
