BENTON HARBOR, Mich. – The school board announced their plan to pursue legal action against a former coach and former superintendent on Tuesday evening’s meeting.
The board voted unanimously regarding the plans to sue over comments made to the Herald Palladium.
According to the school board, Coach Elliot Uzelac and Dr. Shelley Walker “blasted” the school board publicly.
