Benton Harbor’s ‘Drinking Water Road Map’ demonstrates steps to take to ensure clean water

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. - Though 99.8% of Benton Harbor’s lead service lines have been replaced, city officials are still urging residents to take certain steps to ensure their drinking water is clean.

Through the Drinking Water Road Map, residents can know exactly what to do before consuming water in their homes.

Steps include using lead-reducing filters, drinking from bottled water, getting your water tested and more.
