Beacon Health System has announced cuts in pay and services because of what it calls financial and operational challenges.
Workers in certain clinical roles will face pay cuts and Beacon says it has also implemented a hiring freeze for targeted areas of the health system.
It will also shut down the Beacon Medical Group in Edwardsburg at the end of May and its Pediatric Endocrinology services in early July.
Beacon says it is working with its patients in those closing facilities to make sure they have care with other providers.
We don't know how many workers are impacted by the pay cuts.
ABC57 News will keep working on this story to get you more information about these cutbacks by one of Michiana's largest employers.
