KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department announced they are still seeking information about a missing person investigation from October 2022.

Joseph Chaffins, 26 years old at the time, went missing on Oct. 26, 2022, when he was last seen on Backwater Road in North Webster.

Chaffins is described as a white man, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

He has several identifiable tattoos, including "Chaffins" on back of his left forearm, "Momma's Boy" on the right side of his chest, a red dog on his right hip, and a cross on left forearm.

Deputies say the investigation is ongoing and they will continue to follow up on all tips or information regarding the whereabouts of Chaffins.
