SOUTH BEND, Ind. - An Adams High School student has died after an isolated, health-related incident at school Monday morning, according to the South Bend Community School Corporation.
The student, who was a freshman, was given medical attention at school and then taken to the hospital, where they later died.
Staff will be available to students during this time.
Those who need help are asked to contact school administrators.
