South Bend Community Police Review Board met Thursday night
Low pressure at the surface moves south of Michiana this morning, bringing a rain/snow mix to the area during the AM commute. While none of the snow is expected to stick, the falling precipitation combined with wind gusts of 15-25 mph will likely cause slippery surfaces and low visibility across some of the region. The wet weather wraps up this afternoon, allowing high temperatures to climb to the upper 30s afterward. Lows fall below freezing tonight, triggering a chilly opening to Thursday morning. Tomorrow will be frigid and cloudy during the day with another round of system and lake enhanced snow expected overnight leading into Friday. And while gameday will start off snowy, it's looking more likely that kickoff is dry but cold, sitting in the mid 20s. The weekend is calm with peaks of sunshine and highs below freezing.
Today: AM rain/snow, cloudy after. High 38.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low 27.
Thursday: Overcast. High 34.
Friday: AM snow showers. High 32.
