UPDATE: Suspect identified from Friday's shooting in Elkhart

Elkhart County Jail ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Police Department have released the name of the suspect from Friday's late evening shooting at the Retreat Apartment Homes in the 2-- block of Toledo Road.
The suspect has been identified as 29-year-old Keith Barrier, Jr.
Barrier was booked into the Elkhart County Jail on preliminary charges including,
- Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, a Level 6 Felony
- Possession of Paraphernalia, a Class C Misdemeanor
- Possession of Marijuana, a Class B Misdemeanor
Barrier is being held without bail until his hearing on June 4.
