59-year-old man arrested for allegedly driving through Elkhart County 4-H Fair Parade

Elkhart County Jail: Larry Foster GOSHEN, Ind. -- A 59-year-old Goshen man is in jail after he allegedly drove his pick-up truck between parade floats in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Water Street.
The Goshen Police Department reports officers working the parade route were advised of a truck honking its horn while attempting to get through a crowd of people at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair Parade on Sunday around 2:21 p.m.
Police say they witnessed the man drive between the floats.
Authorities made a traffic stop in the 200 block of W. Lincoln Avenue.
The suspect driver, identified as Larry Foster, was arrested for Failing to Identify, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Marijuana.
Foster was taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
