ELKHART, Ind. -- One person was injured in a shooting that happened in Elkhart just after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Elkhart Police.
Police responded to the area of Wolf and Oakland for reports of a person with a gunshot wound.
A 35-year-old man was transported to the hospital for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the abdomen.
