Marshall County Sheriff PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- On Thursday, at around 8:57 p.m., the Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports that they conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle in Plymouth.
Through an investigation, it was determined the driver, identified as 33-year-old Mitchell W. Columbe, was intoxicated.
Columbe was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, a Class A Misdemeanor, and booked into the Marshall County Jail.
