Juvenile sentenced to four years for Dangerous Possession of a Firearm

ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- According to court documents, one of the two juveniles charged for illegally possessing a firearm has been sentenced for Dangerous Possession of a Firearm, a Level Five Felony.
17-year-old Ty'mon Michael Spears was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Correction for a term of four years with three days of jail credit and suspended of three years and 362 days.
Spears's other charge of Dangerous Possession of a Firearm, a Misdemeanor, was dismissed.
