KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- The Winona Lake Jazz Festival announced that their free concert on July 24 will feature Mark Guiliana, a world-renowned drummer, and his jazz quartet from New York.

The outdoor concert is set to be hosted at the Winona Lake Limitless Park on July 24 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

“The jazz festival is a community favorite each summer. This year, we are really in for a treat. We are thrilled to welcome the Mark Guiliana Quartet to Winona Lake for the first time and welcome back several other phenomenal returning groups,” said Walter Brath, a Winona Lake Jazz Festival coordinator.

This concert is also scheduled to present The Truth in Jazz Big Band, Alicia Pyle Quartet, and Every Tribe and Tongue Ensemble before finishing with the Mark Guiliana Quartet.

The New York Times commented that Guiliana is “a drummer around whom a cult of admiration has formed”.
