CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- An RV stolen from Forest River in Elkhart was recovered later that day in Cass County, Michigan, according to Elkhart Police.

Forest River officials reported the theft of an FR3 motor home from a fenced lot at 902 CR1 around 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

The theft happened sometime during the overnight hours.

Just before the RV was reported stolen, around 6 p.m. Sunday, deputies with the Cass County Sheriff's Office were called to investigate an RV driving in a field on Osborn near Eagle Point Road in Calvin Township, deputies said.
