GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Goshen Police Department reports officers responded to the area of Brookside Manor regarding a vehicle passing a school bus while the stop arm was extended, and children were boarding around 8:47 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say they later located the vehicle near Chicago Avenue and Wilkinson Street where they conducted a traffic stop for a traffic infraction.
The driver, identified as 25-year-old Sherlyn Moran-Gonzalez, was arrested and released on scene for Reckless Driving- Passing a Bus while Stopped, pending a court date.
