Chilly weather returns and will last over the next ten days. Temperatures struggle to reach the mid 40s Thursday and Friday. Thursday will also be windy, gusts could top 40 mph, the wind chill in the 30s adding to the unpleasant feel. There is a slight warm-up for the Easter weekend but rain is also in the forecast for Sunday. Temperatures next week hover 15 degrees below normal.
