A chilly and calm start to the weekend
Clouds stick around throughout the day as scattered rain showers move in this afternoon with daytime highs near 50 and warming towards midnight. The intensity of the rain will build overnight as thunderstorms are possible as early as the evening. Afterwards, rain changes to snow Sunday as the wind builds. Gusts of 50-60 mph will be possible tomorrow afternoon! Wind speeds will calm down into Monday morning as colder air and L.E. snow showers could fire up.
Today: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers arriving by the afternoon. Thunder possible this evening. Daytime high of 50, but peaking in the low 50s by midnight.
Tonight: Cloudy with moderate rain & thunderstorms. Windy. Low of 36.
Sunday: Cloudy with rain showers changing to snow. Very windy with gusts as high as 50-60 mph! High of 37 and falling throughout the day.
Monday: Partly sunny with a chance of AM L.E. snow showers. Highs in the mid-20s.
