Wayne Street parking garage opens with 400 new spaces in South Bend

ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend announced the parking garage at 119 Wayne St. has officially opened to the public.
City officials say the garage features 400 new public parking spaces.
There are also on-street spaces and now four city-owned garages located downtown.
