SOUTH BEND, Ind. -
A memorial for a South Bend shooting victim was vandalized overnight.
Someone set the memorial for Cornell Taylor at Fremont Park on fire overnight.
Taylor was shot and killed in the park in March 2014.
Several people mentioned the fire on social media.
Fremont Park is one of several city parks that were scheduled to get a makeover thanks to millions of dollars in city bonds.
