We're expecting a typical summer night tonight across Michiana, with temperatures falling through the 80s and 70s this evening under mostly clear skies.
Lows will fall into the lower 60s to start off Tuesday. The humidity will be lower Tuesday, but temperatures will be a bit warmer. Highs will reach the upper 80s under partly sunny skies.
Wednesday is the big weather day of the week. First off, highs will reach the middle 90s, but with a surge of humidity, it will feel like the triple digits across much of Michiana during the afternoon.
Showers and thunderstorms will move in for the late afternoon and evening, and some of those could be strong to even severe.
More storms are expected on Thursday with highs retreating closer to 80 degrees.
Friday looks mostly dry with highs in the mid 80s.
Sunshine and warm temperatures are on the way for Saturday with highs just below 90.
A few more scattered storms are possible for Sunday afternoon with highs in the 80s.
