Gray and slushy weather this week as the melt begins. High temperatures this week hang near 40 degrees, clouds will be tough to break with the melting snow keeping the lower atmosphere damp, along with some weak disturbances moving through. The end of the week is the best chance and partly to mostly sunny days, especially Friday. At this time there is no significant precipitation, mist and fog may develop in the early mornings with damp conditions.
