The Goshen community can weigh in on the Park Department's 'Master Plan'

GOSHEN, Ind. - The Goshen Parks Department have unveiled their five-year 'Master Plan', which they hope will help create a healthier and more diverse place to live. 

They have opened a survey for residents to give their take on what can be done to improve the community. 

The survey will remain open until September 22.
