The melt is on, temperatures will hit 50 by late Thursday afternoon and hold near 50 for most of Friday. Rain also begins Friday and may last through at least Saturday afternoon. The forecast is soggy for the weekend, but Sunday-Monday will be the driest of the long-weekend. The wettest day of the next ten is nest Tuesday, with moderate to heavy rain possible.
