GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Dispatch Center was alerted to a bank alarm being triggered around 9:19 a.m. Wednesday morning at First Source Bank on Elkhart Road in Goshen.
While Goshen Officers and Elkhart County Sheriff Deputies responded to the call, a bank employee confirmed an armed robbery had occurred," Goshen Public Information Officer Polly Hoover said. "The suspect displayed a handgun while demanding money from a bank employee."
Authorities say the suspect left the bank with $1,131, but didn't make it far as officers located the suspect around 9:32 a.m.
The suspect, 28-year-old Undrea A. House, of Elkhart, was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
