ELKART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Prosecutor's Office has charged an Elkhart man with two felony Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material counts after the Elkhart Police Department arrested him as part of an Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation.

An Elkhart Police Department officer and member of the Elkhart Police Department ICAC Task Force received and reviewed an ICAC tip of possible child sexual abuse material (CSAM) connected with IP address in the City of Elkhart.

On Nov. 24, Elkhart Police Department officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 100 block of East Hively Avenue, Elkhart.

Officers arrested Zechariah Frick, 21-years-old of Elkhart, on Nov. 24 and booked him into the Elkhart County Jail on preliminary charges in connection with this investigation.

An Elkhart County judicial officer previously set his bond at $25,000.

He has subsequently posted bond.
