The Supreme Court is trying to decide if police can do a blood test without a warrant.
In arguments Wednesday, the court appeared to be divided over the issue.
It's an appeal of a case out of a Missouri. In that situation, a man stopped for speeding refused a breathalyzer and was given a blood test despite his objections.
State courts were divided over the issue.
