While temperatures will dip slightly midweek, they will remain above average for this time of year. A slight chance of rain returns Thursday afternoon, with a higher likelihood of showers and potential embedded thunderstorms late Friday night into Saturday. Cooler temperatures are expected next week as a cold front passes through.
