ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Saturday, January 21st , 2023
The weekend started off quietly, but the snow is looking for a place to land and Michiana is the perfect destination! Snow showers will move in later just after midnight and will develop into a steadier snowfall later Sunday morning. Accumulation of 1-2 inches total is expected from this system. Below freezing temperatures will allow the snow to stick to the ground Sunday morning, so give yourself some extra time to drive from place to place. The snow will taper off overnight into early Monday morning before sunrise but could still stick to the ground in some places. Monday will be quiet and mostly cloudy for Michiana with temperatures a few degrees above freezing. Tuesday will also be quiet and cooler with the sun taking a vacation for the day.
Tonight: Snow showers. Low 30.
Sunday: Snow. High 34.
Monday: Mostly cloudy. High 36.
Tuesday: Cloudy. High 35.
