Notre Dame baseball to host IU at Four Winds Field to benefit Beacon Children’s Hospital

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The University of Notre Dame is set to host Indiana University at Four Winds Field on Oct. 9 for a special exhibition baseball game with proceeds benefiting Beacon Children’s Hospital.

Gates open at 5:30 p.m., with first pitch scheduled for 6:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $10 plus ticketing fees.

Tickets go on sale Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. ET. You can purchase tickets online.

“The University of Notre Dame has been a tremendous partner of ours for many years and the opportunity to welcome Indiana University to Downtown South Bend adds another level of excitement,” said South Bend Cubs Team President Joe Hart. “Bringing together two outstanding programs from our state creates a unique experience for fans while showcasing Four Winds Field as a destination for great baseball and community events. We look forward to welcoming alumni, students, and fans from both universities for what should be a memorable night in South Bend."

Concession stands will be open along with the Miller Lite Tiki Hut, Cubs Den Team Store, and CareSource Playground.
