Students and faculty across Ivy Tech campuses celebrated Ivy Tech Day on Tuesday. 2023 marks the 60th anniversary of the college.
Included in the celebrations are a career closet, campus job fair and the opening of a new coffee shop.
Ivy Tech is also challenging participants to donate money as part of its 24 hours of giving. Donations made during the campaign support all Ivy Tech does to support its students.
"Funds that are raised in the next 24 hours will provide students with scholarships, students with wraparound services and will allow Ivy Tech to continue to provide excellent programming and support to our community and to our students," said Dr. Tia Robinson Cooper, Chancellor of Ivy Tech Elkhart.
The college hopes to get 600 individual donations in recognition of the school's 60th anniversary.
