James GARY, Ind. -- A Statewide Silvert Alert has been declared for Charles James, a missing 79-year-old man from Gary, Indiana.
He is a Black male, 5 foot 8 inches tall, and he has gray hair with brown eyes.
He was last seen on August 6 at 10 a.m. in an unknown color shirt and blue jeans. He is missing from Gary.
He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
