Statewide Silver Alert declared for 43-year-old Otterbein man

Donald Whistler OTTERBEIN, Ind. -- The Indiana State Police announced that a Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for 43-year-old Donald Whistler.
Whistler is described as a white male, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 100 pounds, brown hair with blue eyes, last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, and green khaki pants that can be converted into shorts.
Whistler was last seen on Sunday at 8 a.m.
He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
