Statewide Silver Alert declared for 26-year-old Rushville woman

RUSHVILLE, Ind. -- The Rushville Police Department are investigating the disappearance of Shelby Wilmer.
The 26-year-old female is white, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 176 pounds, has blonde hair with blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a nightgown.
Shelby was last seen on October 30 at 12:00 p.m.
She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
